Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to all patients in a friendly and compassionate environment. We are conveniently located at 195 Franklin Plaza at the intersection of 441 and 64 bypass.

Hours:
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM
Saturday - 9 AM –3 PM
Sunday - 11 AM- 3 PM
(Holiday hours vary)

No appointment necessary!

Services:
• Acute injury and illness (all ages)
• X-ray and lab
• Physicals: DOT, CDL, employment, sports, camp, school, insurance
• Workmans compensation exams
• Certified Medical Review Officer: Urine Drug Screening and Breath Alcohol Testing
• Audiometry
• Hearing Aid Services: Wednesdays 10 AM – 2 PM
